Sharkfest 2016 was opened by Bristol City Councillor Asher Craig Who spoke positively about the community engagement and cultural and environmental importance of Fin fighters Fin Free by 2023 campaign as well as the UK's overwhelming love for the marine environment.
Sharkfest 2016 saw its close with an exclusive screening of David Diley's film Of Shark and Man
